We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Surgery CT 1 to join our dynamic surgical team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a General Surgery CT 1, you will assist in various surgical procedures, ensuring the surgical suite is prepared and sterile, and that all necessary instruments and supplies are available. Your duties will also include monitoring patients pre- and post-operative, collaborating closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, and maintaining accurate records of surgical procedures and patient outcomes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for improving patient experiences will be critical in this role.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a relevant degree in surgical technology or a related field, along with certification through a recognized body, such as the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). A minimum of one year of experience in a surgical setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of surgical protocols and procedures.
