How the referral works
The referral process is simple and straightforward.

Your colleague registers with Holt Doctors.

Your colleague works at least 100 hours in the first year.

We pay you £350 in lifestyle vouchers.

Our referral scheme is straightforward and easy to participate in. Here's how it works:
1. Refer a FY1-ST2 colleague to Holt Doctors
2. Your colleague registers with us
3. Your colleague works 100 hours in their first year
4. We'll notify by email and ask you to select a reward type
5. You'll receive £250 in your chosen rewards as a thank you
Once your referral has worked 100 hours, you will have six months to claim your bonus payment in with Amazon or Lifestyle vouchers.
