In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the assessment, management, and treatment of patients within the PICU, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing clinical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and actively participating in family-centered rounds, where you will communicate effectively with families about their child’s care plan and progress. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the training and education of junior medical staff and healthcare students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within our unit. To be successful in this role, you must hold a medical degree and a valid medical registration, with completed or nearing completion of your training in Paediatrics. We value strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative spirit, as these qualities are essential in providing top-notch care to our patients and their families. In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment that prioritizes both your well-being and career advancement. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families during their most challenging times.
