The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, along with a specialized orthodontic residency and board certification in orthodontics. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical practice is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and staff alike.
