We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Escalation Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a critical liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and our internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex medical inquiries and issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assessing escalated cases, collaborating with medical professionals to provide expert guidance, and facilitating communication to ensure all parties are informed and supported.
