We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Geriatrics Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team, committed to improving the quality of life for older adults in our community. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of elderly patients, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care.
