We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Geriatrics Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care for our elderly population. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of geriatric patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions. Your days will involve providing clinical guidance to primary care providers, educating caregivers and families on best practices in geriatric care, and advocating for resources that promote the health and well-being of older adults in the community.
