Very good service. The lady from Holt that engages with me for shifts have taken good care of me. Booking system is very easy. Payments are done promptly. The only issue I have is, occasional instances where I have been asked to complete mandatory trainings under short notice. Apart from this one pit fall, HOLT is very good.

I’ve been working with Holt for a few years and have had no issues whatsoever. Unlike some other agencies, bookings have been reliable, and my consultant Caroline has always done her best to find shifts that suit me. I’ve never been let down or made to feel pressured into accepting lower rates or shifts I’m not comfortable with. No overpromising or empty words, which I’ve unfortunately experienced with other agencies over the years. Thank you, Caroline, and thank you to everyone at Holt.

A lot of promises but few available jobs. Jobs are usually very far from residing location and little is done to advocate on behalf of doctors. Constant badgering for references and paperwork, even when there are no jobs. Little transparency about this when signing up.

Personable service. Each doctor is allocated with a dedicated person as a single point of contact for any queries. Uploading timesheet is via an electronic app which reminds me of which timesheets are outstanding. Overall, I feel looked after.
