We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Therapy - Emergency Care Core Trainee/ST1&2 (formerly SHO). This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic emergency care environment where you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care. As a core trainee, you will work closely with experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of emergency situations. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing patients who present with acute medical conditions, participating in ward rounds, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. You will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and challenging atmosphere, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
The ideal candidate will hold a medical degree and have completed the Foundation Year 1 (F1) training or equivalent, demonstrating a strong commitment to a career in emergency medicine. Previous experience in acute care settings will be advantageous, as will excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
