We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff ST 3 to join our dynamic surgical team in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of patient care through assisting the surgical team during procedures, managing instruments, and maintaining an efficient sterile field. Your responsibilities will include preparing and organizing surgical instruments and supplies, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and providing support during operations. You will also participate in post-operative care, ensuring that all protocols are followed to promote patient safety and recovery.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid surgical technologist certification and have a minimum of two years of experience in a surgical setting. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
