The ideal candidate will hold a medical degree with specialization in Emergency Medicine, along with appropriate board certification and a valid medical license. A minimum of five years of experience in an emergency department setting is required, demonstrating strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
