We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Urology Foundation Year 1 (FY1) doctor to join our dynamic team in a busy healthcare environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced consultants and registrars. You will engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities, including conducting patient assessments, assisting in urological procedures, and managing patient records. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes is vital, as is your commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in educational opportunities and training sessions specific to urology.
The ideal candidate will have completed their medical degree and possess full GMC registration. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a clinical setting, particularly within surgical or urological departments, is preferred but not mandatory.
