We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Psychiatry Core Trainees (ST1&2, formerly SHO) to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working closely with experienced consultants and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality mental health services. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing patients with a range of psychiatric disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in accordance with best practices. You will also have the opportunity to engage in clinical supervision, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our mental health programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized medical degree and have completed the Foundation Programme or equivalent. You should have a genuine interest in psychiatry, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience in mental health settings is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills.
