Join our dynamic team as an Emergency Medicine Foundation Year 2 (FY2) doctor, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. As an FY2 doctor, you will be responsible for assessing and managing a diverse range of emergency presentations, collaborating closely with senior clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, initiating treatment plans, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your procedural skills and gain invaluable experience in emergency medicine.
The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree recognized by the GMC and be registered with a license to practice. Previous experience in emergency medicine or related fields is highly desirable, as is a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing compassionate patient care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients, families, and a wide range of healthcare professionals daily.
