We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acute Medicine Foundation Year 2 (FY2) doctor to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality care to patients in an acute medical setting. As an FY2 doctor, you will play a vital role in managing patients with a variety of medical conditions, working closely with consultants and senior medical staff to deliver effective treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, managing acute presentations, and contributing to the multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills through participation in ward rounds and by engaging in educational activities that enhance your medical knowledge and practical abilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid GMC registration and have completed Foundation Year 1 training, demonstrating a strong understanding of acute medical conditions and their management. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care are essential qualities for this role. We encourage applications from individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of working in an acute medical environment. In return, we offer a supportive work culture, access to ongoing professional development opportunities, and a competitive salary package aligned with NHS pay scales. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your medical career in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
