Christmas Film Challenge 2025 - Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
1. The promoter is: Holt Medical Recruitment Limited, registered company number 06832618, whose registered office is at 5th Floor, 4 Coleman Street, London EC2R 5AR.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry is automatic on completion of all the following: liked the post, shared the post and followed the LinkedIn page for either Holt Doctors, Agile Workforce or Agile Insourcing.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per competition post. There will be six posts in total, therefore there will be a maximum of six entries into the prize draw.
7. All prize draw entries for Holt Doctors, Agile Workforce and Agile Insourcing will be added into the same prize draw.
8. Closing date for entry will be 11am on Wednesday 17th December 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
10. Entrants must, follow the LinkedIn page and like and share each of the competition posts.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as follows: There is 1 Hotel Chocolat Rather Large Chocolate Christmas Cracker.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another or equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen:
15. The winner will be picked from entries by 1pm Wednesday 17th December 2025. The winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.
16. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on LinkedIn an/or letter and/or telephone by Thursday 18th December 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered.
18. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used soley in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
