Refer a consultant doctor in September and you both earn £350

For a limited time, we're enhancing our Refer a Friend scheme for consultant doctors across four key specialties:

  • Psychiatry
  • Obstetrics & Gynaecology
  • Oncology
  • Dermatology
Refer an eligible doctor to Holt Doctors and you could receive £350 when they complete 30 hours of work with us.

And this September, there's something in it for them too.

Your referred doctor could also receive £350 when they complete 300 hours of work with Holt Doctors.

How the referral works

The referral process is simple and straightforward.

  • You refer

    Introduce an eligible consultant doctor in Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Oncology or Dermatology to Holt Doctors during September.

  • They work

    Your colleague registers with Holt Doctors and starts working through us.

  • You both get £350

    Once your referred doctor completes 30 qualifying hours, you'll receive a £350 referral reward. 


    Once your referred doctor completes 300 qualifying hours, they'll receive a £350 reward too.


Our referral scheme is straightforward and easy to participate in. Here's how it works:
1. Refer an eligible consultant colleague in Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Oncology or Dermatology to Holt Doctors during September.
2. Your colleague registers with us
3. Your colleague works 30 hours in their first year
4. We’ll notify by email and ask you to select a reward type
5. You’ll receive £350 in your chosen rewards as a thank you
6. Your collegue works 300 hours in their first year
7. We'll notify them by email and ask them to select a reward type
8. They'll receive £350 in their chosen rewards as a thank you

Once your referral has worked 30 hours, you will have six months to claim your bonus payment in either Amazon or Lifestyle vouchers. They'll also have six months to claim their bonus payment after the 300hours worked.
