Due to expansion and several new contract wins, we are now recruiting for a number of different positions across the business, these are exciting times for Pettra.
The role
Due to expansion, we are seeking recruitment consultants to join our busy, vibrant team.
The recruitment consultant role requires building a bank of doctors through new registrations, the database, events, networking and referrals, as well as identifying suitable roles for doctors, and sourcing doctors for vacancies available with our clients, whilst always adhering to compliance standards and government legislation. There will be an element of on call within the role.
Reporting to the divisional manager, the position of the recruitment consultant requires an ability to build excellent working relationships, clear, open and honest communication and the desire to hit targets whilst delivering superb service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resilient, proactive, and personable, always able to see the positive in a situation.
