These Terms and Conditions apply to the Re-Connect Scheme run by Holt Medical Recruitment Limited t/a Holt Doctors.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions by Holt Medical Recruitment Limited t/a Holt Doctors shall be referred to as “us”, “we”, “our”, “the Company” as the context so provides. Consultant doctors and speciality registrars shall be referred to as the “doctor”, “doctors” or “you” as the context so provides.
Scheme Terms and Conditions
Eligibility criteria
1. The Re-Connect Scheme is available only to consultant doctors and speciality registrars (StR) who have:
1.1. [registered to work with the Company in the 12 months immediately prior to the transmission date of the Invitation and who have not yet worked any assignments through the Company;] or
1.2.[registered and worked through the Company previously but who have] not worked through the Company in the 12 months immediately prior to the transmission date of the Invitation.
2. “Invitation” means an email invitation from us inviting a doctor to take part in the Scheme attaching these Terms and Conditions.
3. You must have received an Invitation directly from us to your contact email address to be eligible under the [Scheme]. You may be asked to produce evidence of receipt of a valid Invitation. An Invitation is non-transferable meaning that you will not be eligible to take part in the Scheme if you have received an Invitation from another source other than directly from us (such as a forward email from a third party).
4. The Company shall determine in its absolute discretion whether or not an individual is eligible under the Scheme and the Company’s decision is final.
5. The doctor must be eligible to work in the UK.
6. The doctor must be registered with the Company and all registration and compliance documentation must be up to date.
Vouchers
7. A doctor that works and invoices (via the submission of timesheets) the requisite number of hours through the Company in the Qualifying Period shall be eligible to receive lifestyle vouchers in the amount specified below, according to the number of hours worked and invoiced:
7.1. 200 hours = £100.00 lifestyle vouchers;
7.2. 500 hours = a further £150.00 lifestyle vouchers.
8. “Qualifying Period” means the period immediately following the transmission date of the Invitation, up until 31/03/25.
9. The relevant hours must be worked by the doctor and invoiced within Qualifying Period in order for the doctor to qualify for the payment of vouchers.
How and when to claim vouchers
10. The lifestyle vouchers will be paid as e-vouchers to the qualifying doctor only.
11. Qualifying doctors will be sent an email notification by Holt Doctors and asked to confirm the details of where the digital voucher should be sent.
12. The vouchers must be claimed by the doctor within 6 months of the notification from Holt Doctors. If it is not claimed within this period, the offer will expire and the vouchers will not be issued.
13. The Lifestyle voucher code will then be issued directly from ([email protected]) and it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to receive the voucher.
14. You will need to register the voucher on the Lifestyle website. With the Lifestyle voucher, you can select your preferred retailer(s). Vouchers can be used in-store or online and codes are supplied by Motivates Inc. Ltd.
15. The company reserves the right to amend or offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
16. The vouchers will become payable when the doctor has completed the requisite number of hours within the Qualifying Period.
17. We will aim to notify the doctor of their eligibility to claim a reward by email once the qualifying conditions have been met (we will not provide regular status updates of hours worked).
18. We do not accept responsibility or liability for vouchers not successfully received due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
19. We accept no liability for lost or stolen vouchers once the voucher is received by the doctor.
General
20. The doctor will be expected to account for any tax and NI where applicable through their self-assessment tax returns.
21. The Company reserves the right to end this Scheme at any time without notice.
