Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust
Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust care for around 820,000 people across areas of north-east Greater Manchester including Bury, Oldham and Rochdale and they joined with Salford Royal Foundation Trust in 2017 to become part of the Northern Care Alliance Group to align with the strategic themes of the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership.
The trust’s principle specialities are A&E, diagnostics, medicine, specialist services (HIV/AIDS, renal care, HPB), surgery and women and children.
With the vibrant and diverse city on one side and the greenery and calmness of the Pennines on the other, this is an ideal location to get involved with. All sites for this trust have great transport links to Manchester, ranging from a 15-50 minute drive from the city and a 20-50 minute journey via public transport.
