Systems and Data Analyst Support
Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work alongside our experienced Data Analyst, providing support as the demands on this team have increased due to business and industry needs. This is a busy role covering the whole group (3 brands) and requires data to be delivered on time to key stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring standard reports are delivered on time, interrogating the database to produce new reports and problem solving. Assisting with and running numerous payroll files is also included, attention to detail is therefore critical. Another key element of this role will be the necessity to learn the workings of our in house Tech Platform (LMS), to provide support and respond to queries from clients and internal staff who use the system daily.
Responsibilities:
- Answering emails and resolving queries to the satisfaction of the client
- Running reports and payrolls from the weekly and monthly planner
- Running new data or manipulating existing files for ad hoc reports and – pivot tables etc
- Learn and understand the workings of LMS in order to guide and assist clients/agencies/internal users with queries
- Data inputting into LMS & Settings configuration and validation of existing data.

- Exceptional organisation skills – adept at prioritising workload and multi-tasking
- Proactive and resourceful – uses initiative
Desirable
- An interest in coding with the desire to learn and develop with Python – some knowledge of Python and the pandas package would be beneficial
- MySQL or the desire to learn this language

Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
