What you’ll be doing
You will be required to proactively manage and develop a bank of doctors who work as locums in NHS Trusts, balancing sales activity with industry compliance.
The role requires you to be able to work autonomously and with an initiative to manage the full recruitment process; proactively encouraging doctors to go forward to work, adhere to the compliance process and build an open, honest and successful working relationship.
