Pettra Holdings is the parent company of Holt Doctors Ltd, Holt Workforce Management and Agile Workforce. We are a market leader in the provision of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions to NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers. 

The Company, located in the picturesque town of Skipton, North Yorkshire, has seen exponential growth in recent years, due to our ability to adapt to the market and offer staffing solutions to healthcare providers across the UK.

Due to expansion and several new contract wins, we are now recruiting for a number of different positions across the business, these are exciting times for Pettra.


The role

This is a unique role that supports the Master Vendor Clients and Client Managers. As a CSO you will be responsible for the day to day contact of sub vendor agencies, who support the company in the supply of candidates for our contracts.

Working with many agencies and reporting to Master vendor Team leader, you will ensure all parties are aware of the vacancies available, monitor compliance, negotiate rates, and provide feedback to the client manager with the availability of resources.

This is a proactive, attention to detail focused role, that operates at speed and requires excellent relationship building skills, great organizational skills, and clear communication.

Computer literate with skills across Excel, Word, Outlook and working with internal CRM
