Compliance Manager and ISO 9001 Auditor
A fully qualified ISO 9001 auditor, Louise Gilbert (right) heads up our compliance team of 20, ensuring we have robust policies and procedures in place to support our doctors and deliver hospitals a high-quality service by providing framework compliant doctors.
For our managed services, our ISO auditor also gives you confidence in the compliance of sub-contractors. We are also ISO 9001 accredited – achieving 100% compliance.
Our Marketing team is responsible for the sourcing of new doctor registrations through a range of Marketing channels. Head of marketing, Francesca Salvini (left), and Louise Fenn (right), Marketing Assistant, both hold Marketing qualifications and have years of professional experience under their belts.
The team is in charge of operating various recommendation and incentive schemes, as well as a range of pro-active marketing initiatives, ensuring our doctors receive the best service possible throughout their careers with Holt Doctors.
